Telesales Consultant - Initial Washrooms

Birmingham(Hybrid, 2 days in the office)

£22,310+ uncapped commission + RI Rewards, OTE £24k

Working hours - 8.30am-4.30pm Mon-Thurs, 8.30am-3.15pm Fri

We are looking for those individuals who are ambitious and hungry for commission, perhaps potentially interested in moving through our sales ranks or looking for long term stability.

This vacancy for an Telesales Consultant is based out of the Birmingham office, and working 35 hours a week. This is a hybrid role, working in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday and the rest of the week is working from home .

The purpose of this role is to handle customer enquiries and generate increased sales volumes by making appointments to new development customers for field-based sales executives across one or more divisions.


  • Using outbound calls to generate and convert new business & existing customers opportunities
  • To increase the productivity of Area Sales Executives in their geographical area to help achieve their sales target
  • Answer incoming customer enquiries regarding Washrooms accounts and inform relevant parties
  • Increase conversion of sales against marketing driven campaigns and provide feedback on results
  • Attend and actively participate in monthly sales meetings
  • To demonstrate ethical sales behaviour at all times, respecting the diversity of all colleagues/customers



To be considered for the Telesales Consultant vacancy, you will need to be an ambitious, outgoing, dedicated and driven individual with the following experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to identify and tele-appoint qualified customers
  • Ability to develop strong and mutually beneficial customer relationships
  • Determination and motivation to achieve new business targets
  • Strong organisation skills to manage a sales territory effectively
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Ability to establish first time contact with potential customers
