Our Customer Service Teams are pivotal to the work we do at Rentokil Initial. By working in a customer service role, you will gain invaluable experience by providing world-class customer service to our new and existing customers.

The role of a Customer Service Agent is telephone-based throughout the day. You will often be the first point of contact when customers call our helpdesk, so you will need to be self-motivated and ensure every call has the same amount of enthusiasm and confidence.

On the Job

You spend time with a buddy to understand the role and the types of calls received daily. 


E-learning

All agents have access to our E-learning facility which contains a variety of training modules.


Assessments

We utilise Assessments, Quizzes and Role Play situations to support with agent development.


Refresher Sessions

The training doesn't stop after your induction! We continue to train you throughout your career with Rentokil Initial.
