Joiner Technician
As a Joiner Technician you will be the hands-on expert, responsible for providing essential work to our customers. Your daily tasks will include first and second-fix joinery, such as replacing decayed joists and structural flooring, to more detailed timber repairs on skirting boards, architraves, and windows.
You will also support our wider preservation services, including damp proofing, woodworm treatments, and installing cavity drain membranes. This is a busy, varied role where your technical skills really matter. By following our on-site health and safety measures and making sure every site is left clean and tidy, you’ll provide the honest, high-quality service that we are known for.
Sales Surveyor
As a Sales Surveyor, you are our first point of contact, travelling to both new and existing properties to diagnose the invisible threats to a building's health. You will assess a range of property preservation issues, from rising damp to dry rot, providing the expert recommendations necessary to keep structures safe.
This role is built for those who thrive on the move, and enjoy working in unique residential and commercial environments. You will advise customers on their property issues and provide recommendations on the best solution. Providing excellent customer service is at the centre of what we do, and your efforts are vital in ensuring our customers are satisfied with our service.
