Within this role, you will be responsible for managing extensive dry rot and waterproofing projects, overseeing site labour and ensuring quality on site. Duties can also involve installing cavity drainage membrane systems (Type C Waterproofing Systems) incorporating drainage channels, basement pumps and wall and floor membranes.
You will also be required to carry out timber preservation work and structural defect repairs such as wall tie installation and crack-stitching.

Driving Licence
You must hold a valid UK driving licence for at least 2 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
CSCS Card
You need a current CSCS card to work as a Joiner and Specialist Technician.
Management Skills
Have the ability to manage other technicians to ensure productivity and quality levels.
Effective Communicator
Great communication and customer service skills, with a keen and friendly approach.
