Our Trade Jobs sit within our Property Services businesses, which provide expert and professional property preservation services to customers across the UK. These specialist roles typically require previous experience working in basements and waterproofing, or experience as a fully trained joiner proficient in all aspects of carpentry and joinery.
Within this role, you will be responsible for managing extensive dry rot and waterproofing projects, overseeing site labour and ensuring quality on site. Duties can also involve installing cavity drainage membrane systems (Type C Waterproofing Systems) incorporating drainage channels, basement pumps and wall and floor membranes.
You will also be required to carry out timber preservation work and structural defect repairs such as wall tie installation and crack-stitching.
