We prioritise excellent customer service and seek individuals who share this passion. Your day involves driving a commercial vehicle through a variety of routes and engaging with your customers.
While you work independently, daily feedback to your line manager is essential, addressing any encountered issues or considering route changes. Many customer sites are large, such as schools or government buildings, requiring physical fitness for multiple product servicing in the Service Driver role.
On the Job
Most of your learning will come from completing new tasks, interacting with new people, and simply trying things out. You will gain valuable insights that can be applied in your role.
E-Learning
Accessible around the clock, we offer a variety of topics to assist you in understanding your new role. E-learning is fast, convenient, and accessible on laptops, mobile devices, and tablets whenever you require it.
Classroom Training
Typically, at one of our specialised technical training academies, you'll join your colleagues for the chance to learn, experience, reflect, and acquire new skills, aiding your journey toward success.
