The Service Supervisor Role

As a Team Leader, you will support the branches’ operations and manage a team of Technicians. Key responsibilities include: 

• Ensuring Technicians have the correct training, equipment, chemicals and PPE to carry out the required work safely and competently
• Keeping stores fully stocked with all equipment and ensuring everything is maintained and in full working order
• Testing and carrying out checks on vehicles
• Coaching and developing your team to meet the demands of the business
• This role is 80% field based where you will be expected to meet up with Technicians and customers whilst also assisting sales colleagues with surveys
• The other 20% of your time will be office based doing stock control, maintaining processes and assisting with other business demands

Requirements:

• • Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes 
  • Experience in managing within a service delivery environment would be advantageous but this is something we can offer training on
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
  • Pride in the job you do
  • You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
