Rentokil Initial deployed Workday in 2012 as an early adopter and is currently being used in 10 countries. Following a reconfiguration of our existing team, we are building our HR Technology team to support the next stage of our growth and scale journey.

Main Purpose of role:

We are looking for a Senior Global Workday Solutions Manager that will support the Global HR Tech Portfolio Lead and other stakeholders in order to deliver business critical Workday implementation and optimisation projects.

● Be a subject matter expert on Workday HCM and at least one other Workday module and be keen to expand knowledge of Workday functionality and/or other complementing modules.

● Apply advanced Workday knowledge to help support various implementation and improvement projects across the globe. This role will be hands-on building and testing configuration.

● Provide deep Workday expertise to provide technical solutions across all our modules and guide "art of the possible" strategic design decisions.

● Supporting the wider HR Tech team develop our internal Workday capability by knowledge sharing and mentoring

● Working with HR and IT stakeholders globally to drive enhancements and optimisation of Workday, whilst growing brand of HR Technology internally at RI

Requirements:

  • Familiar with SCRUM
  • Agile and Lean methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe)
  • SCRUM style Facilitation
  • Workday Experience in a similar role
