The Hygiene & Wellbeing Marketing Executive will support the team in developing the marketing solutions roadmaps, sales toolkits and training to deploy solutions into the different countries across our Ambius wellbeing business, premium scenting

and air care portfolios.

The role will support in building relationships with suppliers, markets and internal key stakeholders and delivering sales enablement support for frontline colleagues.

The executive will also continue to build our claims arena to ensure that our wellbeing, premium scenting and air care products and services have compelling yet rigorous claims.

The role will support the Ambius sales teams to increase sales productivity through optimised content, marketing literature and training to drive better sales conversations.

The executive will be responsible for building relationships with local markets and creating content for quarterly regional forums

Tasks and responsibilities:

● Support planning: Support the development of the category strategy, plan and service positioning through internal and external research and analysis

● Solution development: Support the development of new solutions from initial idea through to market trials, cross functional

engagement, market buy in and sign off for launch

● Proposition toolkits for solution portfolio: You will be involved in developing and executing a full range of communication tools, campaigns and training to support product/service launches, both on and offline. Ongoing management of claims across all category assets in line with evolving market context, regulatory changes and solution updates.

● Communications and business partnering: Working closely with suppliers, local markets and across functions in Marketing & Innovation to ensure delivery is on time and on budget, including the organisation of regional category forums.

● Market research: Support developing a deep understanding of key competitors and competitive solutions, market trends and customer needs through market research.

● Support the development and deployment of key initiatives in the annual plan, as required


● 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or management study preferred (or equivalent experience).

● A second language is highly desirable.

● Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn and develop

● Strong commercial and project management ability

● A clear and concise written and verbal communicator.

● Highly organised with a ‘can do’ attitude.

● Excellent time management skills, with ability to organise and prioritise work.

● Confident in collating presentation material and using relevant software.

● Comfortable collaborating and working as part of a team and sensitive to different cultures across markets

● Desire to create a long term career in marketing
