Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a Finance business partner to assist in the running and presentation of the Rentokil group functions teams.

The main purpose of the role is to support the commercial side of the functions, responsible for leading business case analysis, benefit realisation and Global accounts roles.

There will be a focus on P&L impacts, Capital planning, cash flow forecasting and project accounting.

Partner with various ELT members across the Group functions teams to help with their understanding of the financials within their areas of the business

Manage a team of accountants on a day to day basis

Work on process improvements across the functional teams

Main Tasks:

• Lead the transformational processes for the group helping to achieve targets set
• Lead on the commercial aspects of the group finance teams in regard to ROI, value add and revenue improvement
• Lead and develop a team of accountants on reporting and commercial aspects
• Assess business cases to ensure that the commercial aspects are correct
• Adhoc analysis for the Group FBP
• Join Leadership team meetings in the Group FBP stead 
• Partner with various ELT members of the business and help direct and assign workloads to the relevant team member
• Continuous process improvements
• Join M&I Investment committee meetings and lead financial discussions
• Manage a team of Commercial Finance Managers

Requirements:

• Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA with at least 3 years PQE
• Strong experience gained in a commercial business
• Advanced Excel skills
