The basics...

• The Marketing & Innovation (M&I) function is accountable for the overall growth strategy of the Rentokil Initial Group across the Pest and Hygiene Categories.
• M&I is accountable for all Marketing and Innovation activities, including branding and marketing communications, proposition development and deployment, product and service innovations, as well as the science and regulatory programmes.
• We support the creation and management of all digital marketing activities - customer experience/journeys across all digital platforms, digital content marketing, paid advertising, digital conversion optimisation, public domain websites, social marketing and the digital technical platform.
• Within the Digital Marketing Team there are 7 areas of activity spanning Data & Analytics, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, CRM, User Experience, Platforms & Deployment, and Market liaison, delivered by a team of 30-40 colleagues.

• The Digital Marketing Team has three core accountabilities;

1. Ensuring a ‘fit for purpose’ digital estate
2. Aligned with supporting RI’s business strategy
3. Principally around driving organic growth; maximising the return on our digital marketing investment across all digital channels and evolving and maintaining our current digital platform and web estate.

Requirements:

• Roll out of new products, upgrades and functionality to market sites through Content Management Systems such as Magnolia, Sitecore, and Wordpress
• Assisting with the delivery of tasks, varying from SEO, Data, and content management to support our core projects and digital strategy
• Support the testing and launch of new Product functionality across key/identified Markets.
• Support the updating of, and maintenance of, our Digital Marketing Technology Stack
• Support the launch/development of ongoing web Performance improvements
• Ensure Quality Assurance of sites or additional sections prior to launch
• Ensure accuracy and speed of delivery across multiple projects
• Support and administer Product Development Changes
• Training and supporting markets on how to use Magnolia
• Support and lead the build of new acquisition brands in Magnolia.
• Working closely with new teams with QA and support to go live
• Jira admin - Following our agile project management process to schedule and manage tickets, sprints, track tickets to completion

Qualifications

It would be great if you had a Degree level qualification in Marketing, Digital, IT

However if you do not have a degree, then an equivalent qualification in: Marketing/IT would be great!
