The Company:

We are a leading interior landscape company in the UK, supplying and maintaining plant displays, green walls and grounds maintenance to businesses across the UK through our network of local operational branches.

To assist our expanding sales team, we are looking for a full-time, field-based Business Development Manager. 

Key Details:

Salary: £25,500k + Commission based on personal and company performance 

Location: Field-based
Job Type: Full-time
Duration: Permanent

The Role:

As one of our Sales Managers you will be focused on building relationships with new and existing clients. You will also be responsible for increasing sales within the region and securing the existing portfolio whilst providing excellent standards of customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience preferable 
  • A good relationship builder with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to up sell additional products and services to customers
  • A flexible approach to field-based remote working and travelling across your territory
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft software
  • Able to organise, prioritise and take ownership of your workload
  • A natural problem solver, and confident in tackling difficult situations
