Junior Business Analyst

Main Tasks:

● Liaises with the clients/users to deliver application upgrades and/or delivery of solutions

● Helps to define and justify (in business terms) projects to develop/implement application projects providing new or changed processes.

● Assists clients/users in defining acceptance tests and takes responsibility for their proper execution.

● Assists the user community in provision of transition support and change delivery to realise required business benefits.

● Providing support to the business and work with SNOW tickets and incidents

Requirements:

  • 2 years plus experience gained in a similar role as a Business Analyst or within an IT team
  • Has a good understanding of business processes improvement, benefits and risk management and software testing and of all testing events throughout the development lifecycle. Takes a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and pays close attention to detail.
  • Shows a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving. Has above average inter-personal skills and is confident in dealing with clients/users. Is familiar with the software engineering life cycle dfor development and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems. Possesses a broad understanding of business and business skills.
  • Has achieved proficiency in the Task of Requirements definition and management
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and is fully experiences at dealing with clients/users. Is able to recognise potential assignments outside own areas of specialisation and bring to bear appropriate expertise as necessary.
