Requirements:

The Service Controller will support the Service Centre Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the branch operations.

• A point of contact for customers reporting emergency works throughout the day, ensuring that the customer is kept up to date regularly
• Producing and send programmes of technicians
• Liaise with customers to book service work (as required by the customer)
• Engaging with Technicians on a daily basis to deal with the emergency works that have been reported.  This could result in postponing routine call outs so engaging with customers to inform them of same
• Planning and scheduling routine contractual visits with techs and customers 
• Dealing with all Customer complaints and enquiries.
• Assisting SCM in any service related projects. 
• Liaising with internal account managers to pass back and forth information. 

Service Controller Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience with good IT skills is preferred
• Proficient user of Office 365 and Google Drive is preferred
• Good attention to detail as you must work with a high degree of accuracy
• Exceptional ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work using your initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate excellent customer service
• Be able to be adaptable and responsive
• Resilient with an ability to manage time effectively
