A little introduction...

As a Hygiene & Wellbeing Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our team. Based at our Group Marketing & Innovation HQ in Crawley, with flexible working options, you’ll support the development of marketing solutions for our Ambius wellbeing business, premium scenting, and air care portfolios. Your work will help us deliver compelling product claims, build strong stakeholder relationships, and enhance our sales enablement support.

The basics...

  • Support Planning: Assist in developing category strategies and service positioning through research and analysis.
  • Solution Development: Help take new solutions from concept to market trials and launch, engaging cross-functional teams and local markets.
  • Proposition Toolkits: Develop and execute communication tools, campaigns, and training materials for product launches, managing claims across category assets.
  • Communications and Business Partnering: Work closely with suppliers, local markets, and marketing functions to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Market Research: Gain deep insights into competitors, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategy.

Requirements:

  • A proactive, adaptable individual eager to learn and grow.
  • Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organised with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Confident in using presentation software and creating impactful materials.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within a diverse, global team.
  • Holds a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or management (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
