As the Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in our global team.

Based at our Crawley head office with flexible working options

You’ll be responsible for driving the delivery of key elements of the Hygiene & Wellbeing Category plan, specifically focusing on our Washroom business. This is a maternity cover role for 9-12 months, offering you the chance to make a significant impact during this period.

The basics...

• Market Insight: Utilise industry, market, customer, and competitive intelligence to steer and validate propositions and product road maps.
• Value Propositions: Build and develop strong value propositions, product positioning, messaging
• Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead the go to market strategy that resonates with customers, tells a story, and differentiates us in the market
• Grow: Develop and build robust commercial models and support markets in implementing commercial strategies that increase value to Rentokil Initial in line with business objectives.
• Be hands-on: Delivering both strategic and execution work and serve as the subject matter expert and spokesperson for the product/solution offering to both internal and external audience
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work cross functionally, globally, with the local technical and sales leads to identify, evaluate and prioritise opportunities based on addressable market (existing and new channels), revenue potential, pricing, ROI and competitive dynamics.
• Performance Tracking: Measure the performance of current and future solutions, sharing learning and successes for subsequent launches.
• Best Practices: Identify and share best practices across regions to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with a business degree and/or marketing qualification.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• A passionate marketer with practical experience in product and proposition development, global-scale launches, and marketing levers.
• Strong commercial skills and experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of strategic marketing planning and execution.
• Demonstrable project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Results-oriented with a history of meeting ambitious goals.
• Strong communicator capable of building relationships and influencing senior decision-makers.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities in a competitive marketplace.
