The Role
We are looking for a Management Accountant for our Urban Planters business. You will be reporting into the Finance Manager and be responsible for up to 3 direct reports, supporting the business with the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Accurate monthly financial and KPI reporting, journal posting, fixed asset and stock reconciliation, P&L and balance sheet reporting.
- Planning: Monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
- Control: To ensure reporting accuracy, manage headcount reports and related costs, supporting audits, and managing the control environment.
- Analysis: Performance analysis for operating areas, and ad-hoc project support for the Financial Controller.
Requirements:
- AAT-qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA
- Previous management accounts experience
- Strong IT skills in particular with Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
