The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting, analysing and providing data to our stakeholders across the UK businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial headcount reports for the management accountants,
- Generating and preparing the various Workday reports, requisitions and subsequently updating the HR reporting master document,
- Assisting HR with any subsequent queries,
- Assisting with any queries relating to HR data and if necessary, manipulating the data to meet the business needs,
- Assisting with the completion of ONS business surveys,
- Preparing the variable pay files for reporting,
- Preparation of the variable pay slides for reporting to the executive management team,
- Dealing with queries relating to variable pay,
- Prepare the master annual leave file,
- Delivering all the ad-hoc assignments as they arise.
Requirements:
- Experience in preparing reports and analysis of large volumes of data,
- Excellent spreadsheet and analytical skills,
- Good organisational skills and able to manage workload effectively to meet deadlines in a timely manner,
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Excellent attention to detail
