Job Title: Asbestos Supervisor

Location: Travelling in and around London and the South of England

Salary: £140-£160 per day

Full time. Permanent

40-hour week standard, (0800-1630).

50 hour week available on certain projects (0800-1830, includes 30 minute unpaid lunch)

Option to have a company van for transport

Join the dynamic team at DCUK FM Ltd, where we're in search of experienced Asbestos Supervisors to lead and enhance our specialised services.

What will you be doing?

• Overseeing and directing asbestos removal, encapsulation, and environmental cleaning operations within the Utilities Sector.
• Ensuring strict adherence to the issued Plans of Work, current UK legislation, comprehensive specifications, and the DCUK FM Ltd Standard Operating Procedures and Health and Safety guidelines.
• Providing guidance and leadership to the Asbestos Removal Operatives.
• Monitoring the proper usage, maintenance, and care of all provided Personal Protective Equipment, Respiratory Protective Equipment, and Asbestos Removal plant and equipment, and promptly addressing any malfunctions or defects.

Requirements:

You will have:

• 1 years experience removing asbestos is preferred
• Experience leading a team 
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Asbestos Awareness Training is preferred but not essential
• A can-do attitude, and the ability to use your own initiative
• Great communication and customer service skills with a keen, enthusiastic and friendly approach
