Salary: €33,750 starting salary

Every day, as one of our Pest Control supervisor, is different. You will be visiting customers with a wide range of pest control issues, where you’ll be expected to use your problem-solving skills to determine the most effective solution as well as managing staff and aiding in the recruitment process.

This role involves a lot of independent working and using your own initiative. Being able to manage your own time is essential.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Pest Control Field Service Supervisor position you will Ideally have the following;

• Full Irish driving licence.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service and Supervisor role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working to service targets - Prepare individual and group service targets.
• Conduct regular review meetings with each Technician/Driver to direct performance against targets.
• Service Training - Complete the initial training of new Service Technician’s, establish a programme for, and conduct regular field sales training of all Technical staff.
• Submit regular, written reports on each Technicians/Drivers progress and ability to the Service Manager, and maintain training records.
• Organise and control team service information/ training meetings.
• Contribute ideas to, and be involved with Divisional Sales or Service Meetings, conferences.
• Ensure that the Service System is operating in accordance with company policy.
• Draw up budgets for all service expenses with the branch manager and keep records of all service costs, ensuring to keep within the budgeted figures.
• Spending time in the field with service staff supervising their work and maintaining a high level of morale.
• Ensure a high standard of overall service is maintained and conduct regular review meetings with these clients’ senior management.
• Reporting - weekly review meetings will be held with the Service Manager.
• Ensure that the Company’s Health and Safety Policy is adhered to by the service team and that adequate records are maintained to assure this.
• In addition to the above you will be expected to comply with any reasonable instructions, which may be issued by the Company from time to time.

Whilst our technicians come from a range of different backgrounds, we find most of our technicians have previously worked as sales assistants, customer service advisors, delivery drivers, ex-military, maintenance technicians, utilities technicians, handymen, landscapers and construction workers to name a few.
