Support the studio team on the creation and editing of various graphic design projects, scopes of work and ticket requests in various formats, maintaining brand vision and goals.

Key responsibilities and activities:

● Support our Graphic Design Lead (and Graphic Designer) with the delivery of on-brand, on-time assets for multiple projects of varying complexities

● Working with the Graphic Design Lead and wider Creative Content team to interpret creative briefs (generated by internal stakeholders of all levels) and to deliver high-quality, professional assets. Taking concepts and rolling the styling through the

campaign assets.

● Using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, take lead from the Graphic Design Lead to create visually engaging, on-brand assets for print and digital use, including but not limited to infographics, GIFs, social media assets, paid ads, brochures (including interactive), edms and ad hoc activity

● Using Microsoft Office PowerPoint/Google Slide prepare and design presentations, artwork and copy layouts to brand aligned templates.

● Design graphics to support the release of our monthly emails to our internal markets

● Source graphics and edit/manipulate stock imagery and vectors for their intended use.

● Clearly communicate status/progress/delivery ETAs in line with our standard operating times to set expectations and enable successful stakeholder management.

● Create dynamic templates on our Content Centre to enable local markets to localise centrally produced assets.

● Align to team approval processes, deadlines, naming conventions, and digital asset file/structure organisation and tagging.

● Work with our internal stakeholders to understand their objectives for a project/asset, correctly interpret them and carry them through to successful delivery

  • Relevant Graphic Design, Brand or Advertising Qualification

Role critical:

▪ Good communication skills

▪ 1+ years experience in a corporate environment, in a graphic design role

▪ Ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

▪ Solid design capability across Adobe Creative Suite with a particular focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

▪ Solid design skills in Microsoft Office PowerPoint

▪ Comfortable working to tight deadlines with a calm manner

▪ Self-motivated and keen to be hands on within a small, proactive team

Essential:

  • An enquiring mind and a positive outlook
  • A desire to expand current design skills
  • Organisational skills and ability to take robust instruction
  • An eye for design detail, passion, creativity and commitment
  • Graphic design experience
  • Experience within a commercial environment
