Rentokil Initial first engaged with Workday in 2012, and has since deployed the Product to 11 markets. Workday has become a significant area of focus for the business with a deployment roadmap over 3 years and a number of identified opportunities to deliver business capability and value

This role will work closely with the Global Workday Solution Managers and the Workday Product Owner, as well as the country HR and Operations teams

The Global HR Analyst is responsible for providing a responsive service supporting the adoption, development and continued deployment of Workday

Main Purpose of role:

This opportunity provides technical and function administration of Workday and will include day-to-day support as well as supporting ongoing project implementations

You’ll be working across a number of Workday modules such as global HCM, Absence,

Performance, Compensation, Payroll and Time. You will support the maintenance of Workday, including integrations, mass data uploads (EIBs), security, and reporting

The role is a blend of BAU HRIS work and involvement in strategic projects to improve Workday usage and capabilities

You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues and look for opportunities to continually improve the functionality and adoption of Workday

You will also develop and maintain complex Workday reports including matrix and composite reports whilst providing support for existing custom reports and conducting regular report reviews, ensuring all data meets security and data privacy standards

Tasks and Responsibilities

● Ensure the operational effectiveness of Workday by reviewing, analysing, trouble-shooting and assigning support requests. You will monitor the queue of incidents and requests, resolving or delegating as required

● Continually identify opportunities to optimise and improve the efficiency of Workday, to drive automation, user adoption, and strategic planning

● Provide excellent, consistent global customer service

● Resolve Tier 1 & 2 queries and incidents, such as password issues, security assignments, rescinds and corrections stem updates, releases, and best practices

Requirements:

Customer Focus Understanding the needs of the internal or external customer and regularly checking with the customer when

taking actions

Creativity Taking innovative approaches to trouble-shooting, problem solving and identifying opportunities for improvements

Cross-Functional and Inter-Disciplinary Awareness

Understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions

The ability to convey a level of confidence and professionalism, encouraging the adoption of Workday

Provides a high level of service to all Workday users and our outsourced Workday Partners

Relevant Qualifications

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training:

Preferred (the level desired, but for which extensive experience could be a substitute)

Workday Formal training / certifications / Workday Pro
