DCUK Fire Damper Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Fire Damper Supervisor to join our dedicated team, covering the South East UK area. If you enjoy working across various sites and providing excellent customer service and leadership skills in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role
Responsibilities Include:
- Surveying of properties, and completion of reports.
- Liaise with clients.
- Ventilation cleaning.
- Fire damper testing and maintenance.
- Identify remedial work that needs to be completed.
- Complete fire damping testing.
- Complete reporting via VentCheck.
- Liaise with subcontractors on site, highlighting potential remedial works.
- Complete accurate timesheets breaking down working hours and submit for review to the senior contract manager for review and approval.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a supervisor working on fire damper maintenance and ventilation cleaning.
- Be able to pass BPSS high security clearance vetting
- Fire damper training within the last 2 years
- BESA or NAADUK training courses need to have been completed within the last 2 years.
- Besa or NAADUK ventilation training in the last 2 years.
