The Customer Service Team Leader Role
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will lead and help manage a team of 18 administrators, supporting their management and progression, as well as day to day support with their role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day to day management of the administration team
- Maintain a high level of professionalism to all colleagues, including admin team, sales teams and senior management
- Keying of legal contracts for Regional and Key account customers
- Support line manager in decisions and changes within the admin team
- Relationship building with the wider business
- Work towards and achieve set targets laid out by the company
Requirements:
Customer Service Team Leader Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a data entry administrative role is essential
- Previous experience managing a team would be beneficial
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
