We are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Morecambe branch. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Customer Service Team Leader Role

As a Customer Service Team Leader,  you will lead and help manage a team of 18 administrators, supporting their management and progression, as well as day to day support with their role. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Day to day management of the administration team 
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism to all colleagues, including admin team, sales teams and senior management 
  • Keying of legal contracts for Regional and Key account customers 
  • Support line manager in decisions and changes within the admin team 
  • Relationship building with the wider business 
  • Work towards and achieve set targets laid out by the company

Requirements:

Customer Service Team Leader Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a data entry administrative role is essential
  • Previous experience managing a team would be beneficial
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
