Customer Sales Support Advisor - Initial Medical

Location: Morecambe - Hybrid Working - home and office based

£23,100 (OTE £24,500)+ uncapped commission, Mon - Fri, 37.5hrs

As an Internal Sales Executive for Initial Medical we can offer you the chance to help customers find solutions that best suit their business while building strong relationships in and outside the office environment.

The role

Your responsibilities would be:

  • Booking appointments with customers to help your team achieve their sales targets
  • Assisting the Sales Consultants with their diary management, maximising time for appointments and updating digital diaries
  • Using marketing-driven campaigns to increase sales conversions and provide feedback on results
  • Attending and actively participating in monthly sales meetings via conference calls
  • Answering inbound customer enquiries regarding their accounts with us and directing them to the right colleague

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must posses:

  • Self motivation and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to start phone conversations with customers and build rapport quickly.
  • A proven ability to identify and tele-appoint qualified customers
  • Experience developing strong and mutually beneficial customer relationships
  • The determination and motivation to achieve new business targets
  • Strong organisational skills to manage fellow team members' diaries
  • An ability to perform well under pressure
