Call Centre Trainer
Bromford/ Dudley
Up to £26,676 per annum dependant on contracted hours(37.5hrs or 40hrs)

What will you be doing?
As a Call Centre Trainer you will be working closely with management and senior teams to ensure that customer's experience an outstanding level of service. Some of your main duties will include:
- Ensure the highest company standards are followed at all times
- New recruit inductions
- Coaching and supporting new and existing staff members
- Providing classroom and virtual based training
- Ensuring each training module is delivered successfully so that colleagues understand the requirements and expectations
- Quality / Call monitoring checks to ensure training has been delivered successfully
Requirements:
You will have:
- Experience in Contact Centre environment as a Trainer, Supervisor or Team Leader is desirable
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to notice trends and gaps in employee development
- Strong values and experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT skills in Google Office applications, as well as experience with bespoke systems would be beneficial
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate others

- A competitive basic salary of £26,676 per annum for a 40 hour contract
- Bonus of up to £2520 per year based on performance
