Due to continuous growth we are currently looking for a Cashier to be based at either of our head offices in Camberley/Dudley.
Reporting into the Management Accountant, you will support our Finance team with;
- Completion daily / weekly / month bank reconciliations
- Completing month end reconciliations for all bank account balance sheet accounts
- Ensuring accurate journal completion
- Ensuring delivery of all key reports
- Processing payments to suppliers
- Liaising with cash allocations and accounts payable teams to support invoice queries and matching of payments
- Ensuring strict adherence to the controls in place around bank approvals
- Providing support to Management Accountants
- Other ad-hoc assignments as they arise
Requirements:
To be considered for the Cashier position, you will ideally have the following;
- Previous accountancy exposure
- Strong excel skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Drive and motivation
- Good organisation skills
- AAT qualified or part qualified ACCA/CIMA
