Innovation

To engage and inspire the Zoology Team to actively contribute, grow and maintain a continual flow of innovation to the front end of the Innovation Pipeline
Ensure the team complies with the project management framework which results in controlled, focused delivery of projects to deadlines and stage gates which are clearly communicated to the team
Work with the project management team to liaise with local in-country technical teams to agree and coordinate field testing of innovations and project roll-outs
Present project updates at all relevant internal meetings and with regional business meetings, including the Technical Leadership Team, and ensure documentation is rigorous enough to allow a seamless transition of ownership (if required) to other teams within M&I
