Area Sales Manager

Wise - Scotland

We are currently looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager on an initial 6 month trial secondment. The role is to oversee the day to day Sales Management of Wise Property Care.

Key Relationships

Regional Admin Manager. - Scotland

Area Operations Manager - Wise

Senior Branch Manager - Scotland

Property Services Support Team

The Role will Involve:

Driving and achieve Sales KPI’s (Area Sales Targets, Innovation Targets, Commercial Targets, Gross Profit Targets)

Day-to-day responsibility for the Managing Surveyors
- ensuring they and their teams achieve their own personal KPIs

Recruitment, developing new starters and supporting underperformers

Ensuring compliance to Spot Checks, PPE Checks and other relevant surveying standards

Dealing with escalated complaints

Support and assist the operational side of the business

Work with Regional Admin Manager to ensure Area Revenue and Profit targets are met (Inducing attending P&L, Debt/Wip review calls)

The ideal candidate would have:

● An ability to coach, develop and lead a team

● Adaptability to take on new skills in an ever-changing business environment

● Enjoys building and developing strong relationships.

● A natural communicator

● Able to work under extremes of pressure whilst maintaining a professional manner

● Good time management skills and able to prioritise a busy schedule
