Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Salary 13,770 pa

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a professional and efficient team member to join us as an Admin Apprentice within Peter Cox Liverpool office. This role is responsible for the sales administration for the North West, North Wales and Scotland areas. Working alongside our teams to support the branches and surveyors to achieve sales targets.
Day to day we will support and help with your Training & Development so you will be able to complete some of your key responsibilities effectively and independently during and after you qualify. This will also include completing a customer service apprenticeship.
Key duties will also include
- Answering phones - being able to deal with customers & surveyor queries & requests.
- Calendar management & surveyor support
- Monitoring and actioning the area admin inboxes
- Providing,uploading and updating statistical reports and data to assist sales management
- Issuing,distributing and managing such data and follow ups
- Updating and distributing dashboards in respect of KPI measures.
- Raising credits and revised invoices relating to customer refunds
- Collating & uploading laptop driven specialist survey reports for submission to clients
- Proving support as required to other departments such as contracts administration and Guarantee claims division in respect of sale or post sale queries and documentation
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills to take on the role:
- IT Literate
- Someone looking to kickstart their career in administration and customer service, full training will be provided
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage time effectively and complete daily tasks
- You will have a can do attitude
- Excellent time keeping
- Team player
- The desire to succeed and progress
