Position: Service Coordinator/Team Leader

Location: Dublin

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: €29,000 per annum, Paid Monthly

Reporting to Operations Manager

Job Purpose

Support management operations while continuously improving the quality and efficiency of the customer service provided by the Branch. Support, coordinate and develop driver resources and personnel.

● Support the desired organisational requirements to drive a culture of “right first time” throughout the service division,

● Monitoring the driving team's performance through accompanied customer service visits, managing and developing each driver to improve performance levels and customer satisfaction,

● Coordinating the drivers so that each customer receives the right service as promised,

● Maintaining all vehicle documentation and ensuring servicing and repairs to the vehicle fleet are carried out,

● Driving our vans in place of our drivers when cover is needed,

● Monitor adherence to all company policies/ procedures and highlight any deficiencies to your immediate manager,

● Attend and support regular team meetings,

● Encourage regular interaction with the sales team to develop relationships and teamwork,

● Encourage team building and communication within the division.,

● Manage, encourage and motivate all colleagues and self,

● Ensure service related customer satisfaction by delivering and managing service, prompt service response, complaints, call outs, queries, and client retention.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Team Leader position you will Ideally have the following;

  • Full Clean Irish Driving Licence,
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills in any work environment 
  • Have worked in or be ready for a fast-paced and varied work environment. 
  • Experience in managing a fleet of commercial vehicles with good knowledge of transport legislation would be advantageous; but don't let this put you off, we train you in all elements of the job.
