Basic salary of £23,108 per annum

Permanent: A full time role, working Monday to Friday (40 hr week), start and finish times can be flexible however normal hours are 6:30am to 3:30pm
Location: Milton Keynes
The Role
Working as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader working in a team of 2, you will travel between sites in a company van ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever growing exterior customer base.
Your main duties will include:
- Grass cutting and strimming
- Shrub pruning, plant care and hedge cutting
- Weed maintenance
- Using a range of powered and non-powered horticulture equipment
- Complete all digital records required through smart phone application
- Liaising with customers
- Autumn clearing
- Spring preparation
- Mowing
- Heavy lifting will be required
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however full training will be provided
