Job description

Position: Plant Installation Technician

Location: Chester

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Basic salary from £24,240k per annum

Reporting To: Team Leader

The Role

Working as a Plant Installation Technician, you will travel between sites in the company van ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever growing customer base.

Your main duties will include:

• Planting installations on exterior terraces, courtyards and green walls
• Receive and check deliveries
• Prepare, deliver and install planting schemes
• Maintain excellent customer relationships

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full UK drivers licence
• Keen interest in horticulture industry
• Prior experience in planting or horticulture installations is essential
• Knowledge of green walls and irrigation systems would be ideal
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent service focused approach

As part of your role, you will be required to;

• Always act in a professional manner as a representative of the organisation.
• Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements
• Ensure that the clients are always completely satisfied
• Initiate suggestions to improve the organisations performance
• Complete timesheets and other paperwork and ensure all is handed in promptly
