Pest Control Administrator

This role comes with a basic salary of £22,486 per annum plus benefits.

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our established team in Dudley.

The Administrator will be responsible for Credit control and administration for all customers a part of our Pest Control business. This covers a wide range of queries and help resolve any customer disputes and ongoing issues.

Key responsibilities will include the following;

  • Ensuring customers are receiving a high quality service
  • Adhering to SLAs for invoice disputes and queries and emails
  • Raising credit notes and PO Management
  • Control and monitor daily query levels
  • General customer administration
  • Looking into and helping resolve customer complaints
  • Any ad hoc admin queries that arise

Requirements:

To be considered for the Administrator position you will ideally have the following;

  • Experience in Credit Control
  • Experience working in a customer services environment
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Experience working with a credit management system would be advantageous
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Be able to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst working to strict timelines
  • Show passion and have a “can do” attitude

Whilst our team come from a range of different backgrounds, we find most of our Administrators have previously worked as Payroll Specialists, Finance Administrators, Administrators, Customer Service Administrators, Payroll Assistants or have administrative experience within a Finance Department.
