Your first role on the scheme is a Pest Control Technician, which will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the field. You will cover a dedicated geographical patch, assisting customers with their pest control requirements.
To support the start of your career, you will undertake training at The Power Centre, our purpose-built home for science, innovation, and learning. This training equips you with everything you need to succeed from day one. Throughout your first year, you will also have the opportunity to earn industry-recognised qualifications, including your BPCA Level 1 and Level 2.
The graduate scheme combines technical knowledge with practical application. You will learn how to assess pest activity, apply appropriate treatment methods, and communicate clearly with customers. This structured framework supports your long-term career progression into management, sales or operations.
