This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and become a true expert in a global FTSE 100 business. From the start, you will build practical skills to help you understand how the business works, providing you with the confidence and commercial awareness to develop your career with us.

Next, you will move into a role in either Indoor Sales or Telesales to manage active customer relationships. You’ll also complete our Intro to Sales Development Programme, developing skills in prospecting, account handling, and customer communication. 

The scheme gives you insight into how sales link to wider business operations, while providing you practical experience in different sales environments. By the end of your first year, you’ll have greater confidence and a clearer view of the career path that fits your ambitions.
